By messaging Tavi or using the web library (Tavi Vault / Account), you agree to these terms. Tavi is a memory and follow-through system with a simple WhatsApp interface — it helps you keep what matters within reach. It is not a general chatbot, lawyer, doctor, or bank.
The service
You send content on WhatsApp — notes, links, photos, files, voice messages, or things that still need to happen. Tavi stores what you deliberately send, returns originals when you ask, and helps with reminders and unfinished items you schedule. Features may change while we are early. If pricing ever changes, we will tell you in chat first.
Your responsibilities
- Only send content you have the right to store
- Do not use Tavi for illegal activity
- Do not send highly sensitive secrets (bank OTPs, card numbers, government IDs, passwords, or recovery phrases)
- Remember that Tavi only knows what you choose to send — not your other WhatsApp chats, email, or browsing history
Your information
You can view, export, correct, or delete your data from the Account page. See our Privacy Policy and Trust Centre (AI Transparency) for details on processing, subprocessors, and artificial intelligence practices.
Availability
We aim for reliable delivery but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. WhatsApp, networks, and third-party providers can affect delivery of messages and reminders.
